Ted,

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for the outstanding job you did in providing our family with a great Thanksgiving Dinner. Everyone attended that we expected and all were not only surprised by the wonderful buffet that you provided, they were also delighted by the quality of food. The food was great and the buffet was better than I would have expected.

We especially appreciated that you delivered on Thanksgiving Day, something that no one else was willing to do. I also had the pleasure of meeting your daughter. She delivered on time, was very pleasant and did a great job supplying us with very hot food.

Please know that I will highly recommend you to anyone needing your services. I will also continue to be in touch with you for my future needs. Your prices are very competitive and you provided a dinner that was well worth the cost.

I have given a copy of my notes to the Residents' Association at the Maple Shade Mews Apartments, where my father lives and where we had our family dinner. I have highly recommended you for their Christmas party.
